Your sales receipt is sent to your registered email address immediately after your order is confirmed. You can also log in to your account on our website, go to “My Orders,” and download or view the receipt for any past or current order.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by all tags and accessories. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via email or phone, or submit a return request through your account under “My Orders.” We’ll guide you through the process and arrange a pickup if eligible.

We regularly monitor inventory and often restock popular items. If a product you love is currently out of stock, you can click the “Notify Me When Available” button (if enabled on the product page) to receive an email alert as soon as it’s back in stock.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
